Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Easy Acquiring Agent to support a major player in the banking sector by managing commercial leads and helping clients through the digital sales journey.
Mission context
As an Easy Acquiring Agent, you will be part of a dynamic and sales-minded team handling non-face-to-face commercial activities. You will manage incoming and outgoing leads, guide clients through every step of the acquisition process, and ensure seamless coordination from first contact to contract signature.
Function description
Client interaction & sales support
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospects and existing clients
- Promote campaigns and commercial offers to maximize lead conversion
- Manage follow-up via phone, email, and Salesforce CRM
- Support video meetings with prospects in collaboration with other business entities
Sales administration
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all lead activity
- Oversee administrative steps and compliance throughout the full sales cycle
- Guarantee a smooth client onboarding experience with proper due diligence
Internal collaboration & knowledge sharing
- Actively contribute to team performance by exchanging best practices
- Support banking partners by delivering training and improving product understanding
- Strengthen internal networks to generate high-quality leads
Your profile
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Languages
Dutch and French: native or fluent
English: good working knowledge
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a commercial or sales environment
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus

- Commercial mindset with a client-focused approach
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Precise, quality-oriented, and solution-driven
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
