Ambleside Guest Experience Host

Langdale Leisure Limited is seeking a Reception Host to be the welcoming face at Langdale Hotel and Spa in Ambleside. This on-site role covers guest arrival to departure, coordinating with spa, dining, and activity bookings, and delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will greet guests, handle check-ins, and assist with local recommendations, transfers, and events. A hands-on, guest-facing position that requires strong communication and a friendly, proactive approach.
