Job Description

Hunters Recruitment & Training Ltd in Brighton is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities by speaking with prospective clients and identifying their needs. You will be the first point of contact, building rapport and arranging appointments for senior consultants, with high-volume outbound calls to warm leads.

The role offers a base salary of £28,000 plus uncapped bonus and a realistic on-target earnings of £40,000-£60,000, along with private
