Job Description

Role: Lead the morning team to ensure a successful daily opening and operational readiness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Opening: Unlock facility, perform safety checks, and prep workstations for the day.

  • Leadership: Conduct morning huddles, assign tasks, and manage staff breaks/attendance.

  • Operations: Oversee inventory receiving, restocking, and cash drawer setups.

  • Standards: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and merchandising before doors open.

  • Efficiency: Manage the morning rush and resolve immediate customer or staff issues.

Requirements

  • Punctuality: Must be a reliable early bird with a strict on-time record.

  • Experience: 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Skills: Strong multitasking, basic tech/POS proficiency, and clear communication.

  • Physical: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to X lbs.
