Job Description

We are seeking an Allocator to join our Merchandising team, responsible for all stock in Clubhouses and Pop-ups. The role involves monitoring performance daily to ensure stock reaches the Clubhouses in the right quantities and at the right time for each season.

THE ROLE

  • Manage stock allocation across all Clubhouses and pop-up locations.
  • Analyze and set min/max plans ahead of seasonal allocations based on forecasts provided by the Retail Merchandiser.
  • Build and analyze best-seller reports to maximize availability, considering global and regional warehouse stock levels.
  • Set up and evaluate replenishment parameters to maintain optimal stock levels in Clubhouses.
  • Review size ratios in-season to ensure correct SKU mix.
  • Consolidate stock regionally to maximize full-price sell-through and minimize terminal stock.
  • Manage the new season launch calendar, ensuring 100% stock availability for launches.
  • Build strong relationships with Clubhouse teams and serve as the main contact for stock requests.
  • Oversee the in-season intake calendar, managing restocks to top-performing locations.
  • Monitor regional best sellers and flag potential retail risks.
  • Produce weekly analysis reports and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Gather seasonal stock feedback to inform future planning.
  • Manage pricing updates on retail EPOS systems.
  • Ensure stock integrity and system accuracy in EPOS and Navision.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely stock delivery.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Experience in allocations is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and at pace.
