All-Makes Workshop Mechanic & Service Technician (£35k-£45k Basic + Bonus Independent Derby)

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Role Overview

Seeking a versatile Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic to join our friendly workshop crew. You will be responsible for executing routine servicing, safety inspections, pre-MOT health checks, and core mechanical repairs across a wide mix of customer and light commercial vehicles to high industry standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage background).
• Hands-on experience working on a wide mix of makes, models, and light commercial vehicles.
• Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is preferred (commands a higher starting salary), but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
