All Day Dining Sous Chef - Brunch to Dinner, £42k-£45k

Collins King & Associates is seeking a Sous Chef for an All Day Dining Bistro in the United Kingdom. You'll support the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen, oversee Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner services, and work with fresh, seasonal ingredients on a globally influenced menu.

The role requires previous Sous Chef experience in fresh-food busy restaurants, leadership to mentor a close-knit team, strong food-safety knowledge and hands-on involvement in ordering and cost control.
