Job Description

General Manager


We are seeking the best of the best. If you don't consider yourself that, please do not respond. Highly skilled and strategic General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with our brand's creative vision and long-term objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Set and achieve ambitious goals in collaboration with founder and board.


  1. Operational Excellence
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.


  1. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute initiatives to maximize revenue across all sales channels.
  • Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and cost control measures.


  1. Brand & Customer Experience
  • Ensure that all customer touchpoints align with our brand identity and values.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and exceptional customer service.


  1. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team across multiple departments.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.


  1. Retail & E-Commerce Coordination
  • Align retail and digital strategies to optimize the customer journey.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive omnichannel growth.


  1. Market Expansion & Partnerships
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations and collaborations with key business partners.


  1. Supply Chain & Logistics Management
  • Oversee inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes.


  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Analyze key business metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
  • Strong knowledge of retail, e-commerce, and supply chain operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
