Brook Street in East Belfast is recruiting on behalf of a leading global security services provider for Customer Service Operators to join their Alarm Receiving Centre. You'll be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance, responding to alarms and coordinating appropriate responses in a fast-paced control room.
