Airport Operations Leader

Swissport UK&I at the airport station seeks an Airport Team Manager to lead daily operations, motivate staff and ensure delivery of customer airline targets while complying with health and safety, quality and brand standards.

You will drive P&L performance, manage resources and performance KPIs, build strong relationships with teams, unions and customers, and coach leaders to adapt and execute strategic plans.
