Airport Lounge Supervisor - Lead a Dynamic Team

The Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Senior Lounge Supervisor to join the Causeway Lounge team at Belfast International Airport. You will oversee service delivery, staff coaching and operational standards to ensure a premium passenger experience.

Working 40 hours per week across 5 days, you will manage front-of-house and reception duties, drive compliance with food safety and health & safety, and contribute to achieving client targets while delivering excellent customer service.
