What Will You Be Doing?

As an AirPlay Worker, you will support the successful delivery of the RAF Benevolent Fund's Airplay project. Your main responsibilities include:

• Direct Delivery: Working directly with children and young people to provide a high quality environment where they can thrive.
• Creative Planning: Assisting in the planning and evaluation of imaginative activities that encourage active participation.
• Youth Voice: Promoting opportunities for young people to be involved in decision making processes.
• Safety & Inclusion: Ensuring activities are delivered safely in line with safeguarding policies and health and safety risk assessments.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

To be successful in this flexible and rewarding role, it is essential that you have:

• A Flexible Approach: Ability to work 6 hours per week, covering evenings, weekends, or bank holidays.
• Team Spirit: Experience working as part of a team to deliver support services to young people and their families.
• Communication Skills: The ability to maintain effective relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
• Commitment to Excellence: A proactive attitude toward training, development, and professional practice.
