Job Description

We are exclusively working with a leading global aircraft leasing platform, which is hiring for an HR Director. This is an execution-focused role designed to ensure HR processes, documentation, and employee matters are consistently handled to a high standard. The emphasis is on strong HR governance and practical HR support for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application.
  • Update and manage the employee handbook and all HR administrative documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and guide managers on correct processes.
  • Coordinate the annual year-end review cycle, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communications are clear and well executed.
  • Support managers on employee relations topics, advising on procedural requirements and appropriate handling of all employee matters.
  • Ensure issues are escalated early, handled professionally, and documented accurately.
  • Oversee HR administration across onboarding, probation, benefits, and offboarding.
  • Work with managers to ensure accurate role documentation and timely completion of HR milestones.
  • Provide practical, organised support aligned with company policy and employment law.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and HR reporting.
Requirements
  • Mid- to senior-level HR professional with strong experience in HR operations and employee relations (typically 5-7 years' experience).
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation; international exposure an advantage.
  • Confident advising managers across all HR processes and employee matters.
  • Highly reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable owning HR end-to-end.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when handling sensitive or complex HR issues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
