Airborne ASW Capability Lead - Strategy & Delivery

Thales UK is seeking a Capability Lead within the Under Water Systems (UWS) area to shape the Airborne ASW strategy and drive delivery across complex programmes. The role requires collaboration with DE&S, LM, Leonardo, NCHQ and suppliers, plus ownership of business cases and bid processes through milestones.

You will lead a team, translate customer needs into technical and programmatic solutions, and ensure alignment with airborne environments.
