We're looking for an experienced Air Import Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in air freight who thrives on managing import shipments and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the end-to-end process for air freight import shipments
  • Preparing and checking all import documentation, including AWBs and clearance paperwork
  • Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving any delays or issues
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in an air import role within a UK freight forwarder (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong understanding of air freight import procedures and customs requirements
  • Experience with start to finish operations
