Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning & Ventilation Maintenance Enginee r to join our expanding service and maintenance department.

Based in Essex, we cover works within the Home Counties and London.

Key Responsibilities:

Planned maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems
Remedial repairs
Assisting senior engineers

Essential Skills:

Experience and competency to carry out planned maintenance tasks
Full UK driving licence
F-Gas 2079 Category 1 or Category 4
Able to work on own or as part of a team
Articulate and presentable with excellent customer facing skills
Good record/data keeping skills
An eye for detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Experience:
Air conditioning: 1 year (preferred)
ventilation: 1 year (preferred)
