Air Conditioning Engineer

We're hiring for an experienced Mobile A/C Engineer to join a tight-knit team covering the M3/M4 corridor - Reading, Basingstoke, Slough - with some occasional London work and NO CALLOUT ROTA!

You'll be trusted to manage your own schedule, and handle high-spec commercial systems with minimal admin and solid back office support.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems - mainly VRVs, VRFs, and splits - across a mix of corporate offices, managed buildings, retail support hubs, and some critical environments like data centres. You'll work on planned maintenance, diagnostics, and light repairs using a tablet based job system. Equipment is delivered directly to site, so there's no need to visit a depot.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience with VRV/VRF and split systems
• Confident working independently on diagnostics and service
• F Gas Category 1 (2079)
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
