We are a well-established Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Heating provider, operating successfully for over 30 years. With a team of more than 200 staff across the UK, we deliver high-quality engineering solutions to blue-chip clients including national and local government, NHS, education, offices, and distribution sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out warranty work, part replacements, fault finding, remedials, planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns.
  • Work on a wide variety of systems including VRV / VRF systems, split systems, close control systems, CRAC units, AHU package units, chillers.
  • The role will be 80% air conditioning and 20% coverage on other tasks as required.
  • Deliver a professional service, ensuring works are completed to the highest standard and in line with client expectations.
  • Provide clear communication and accurate documentation for all works undertaken.
  • Liaise with clients, site staff, and office teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
  • FGAS 2079 Category 1 certification.
  • Previous experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF, splits.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Benefits
  • Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (including lunch).
  • Travel: Door-to-door paid.
  • On call: 1 in 6 on call + £90 standby.
  • Leave: 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus your birthday off.
