Air Conditioning Engineer - M25 (Commercial FM Portfolio)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Travel Pay Company Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use Included)

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established FM company, working across a portfolio of commercial sites within the M25. This is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing and breakdowns on a variety of AC systems.

• Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)

• Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, servicing and breakdowns across a commercial property portfolio

• Working on split systems, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs and other air conditioning plant

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard in line with health & safety regulations

• Providing excellent customer service while on client sites

• Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota (if required)

• FGAS Category 1 qualified

• Previous experience as an AC Engineer within a commercial FM environment

• Strong fault-finding and repair skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Good communication and customer service skills
