Air Conditioning Supervisor Overview:

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer ready to step up into a leadership role? We're on the lookout for an Air Conditioning Supervisor to support and develop a growing commercial team across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.

As Air Conditioning Supervisor, you will:

• Provide hands-on technical support to engineers in the field
• Oversee service, maintenance, and installation works
• Support and develop a wider AC engineering team
• Assist the Operations team in growing and strengthening the department
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring others while remaining technically involved.

Air Conditioning Supervisor Skills Required:

• Proven experience in AC service, maintenance, and installations
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers (formal supervisory experience desirable)
• Commercial air source experience advantageous but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
