AI Voice Designer - Craft Production-Ready Voices

Sierra is seeking a technical Voice Designer to own the craft of voice for AI agents across European locales. This forward deployed role works with customers to develop, build, launch, and improve voices in production, while collaborating with the voice platform team to enable scalable voice development.

You'll record and tune voices, source talent, and translate brand language into concrete voice specifications, ensuring high naturalness and intelligibility across conversations.
