AI Transformation Lead - Edtech

A leading, mission-driven technology company is seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Transformation Lead for a pivotal 3-month contract to help shape the future of work and education delivery in the AI era, working at the intersection of human expertise and artificial intelligence.

You will drive the design and delivery of AI-enabled transformation across multiple business functions. Working cross-functionally, you'll identify transformation prerequisites, lead workshops to map workflows and pain points, and define governance for human-AI collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to identify requirements for transformation
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points
• Define governance structures for human oversight
• Work with Tech/Data to design system architecture for future states
• Prioritise and construct business cases for interim, high-impact solutions
• Develop and deliver 18-month transformation roadmaps with clear milestones

Qualifications

• 4+ years in top-tier strategy consultancy, plus experience in high-growth tech environments
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end AI strategy and transformation
• Strong conceptual and structured thinker, able to break down ambiguity into actionable plans
• Skilled in managing workstreams and stakeholders, using tools like Asana or Notion

• Rate: £700-£850 Ltd/day
• Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days in Central London office
