About you: You're curious about how artificial intelligence and automation can make work simpler, faster and better for people. You enjoy solving problems and turning ideas into real solutions that help teams and customers. You're comfortable with technical tools, but you also know how to explain things clearly so everyone can understand them. You like working with others, sharing what you know and learning new things along the way. Day to day, you will: • Design and build AI tools, automations and workflows that help teams work more efficiently. • Connect systems using integration platforms and application programming interfaces (APIs) so data flows cleanly between them. • Use artificial intelligence to spot trends, understand customer behaviour and help teams make informed decisions. • Test new AI technologies, create simple proofs of concept and share what you learn with others. Your skills and experiences may include: • Experience in automation tools such as PowerAutomate, Workato or • Experience working with large language models and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. • Experience using programming languages like Python or JavaScript to support automation work. • Experience analysing complex processes and finding clear, practical ways to improve them.
