AI Solution Implementation Engineer/Lead - Langflow - Python - Scale Up

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a AI Implementation Analyst/Lead to join an organisation at the forefront of AI. This company are growing their AI capabilities and in turn are growing their AI team.

The team are not just jumping on the AI hype, these guys have been in the industry way before GenAI and are looking for someone with the right mindset to push this scale up. They are looking for someone who is capable of engaging with the business to understand where a solution is needed. Gather requirements, write specifications and then go implement them solutions with your team. This role will use the infrastructure and tooling developed by our AI team to build real-world solutions that will be deployed both in our products, as well as internal-facing solutions that support the teams in their day-to-day work.

AI Solution Engineer:

• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points
• Analyse requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
• Evaluate and recommend the most appropriate solutions for identified problems
• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-enabled workflows and integrations
• Work with our AI team to identify
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications
• Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues

As Lead of the team you will also get to coach and mentor a team of AI Solution Engineers reporting directly to you. This also means you will help us to define the processes and procedures that enable us to deliver high quality and timely solutions to the business. You'll also report directly to our Head of AI, who in turn will help mentor and develop your career.

The type of person they are interested in:

It's not a deeply technical AI role as such, so we're not looking for you to be able to explain the intricacies of a transformer architecture, but you will need the following:

• Strong experience with Langflow or similar workflow automation/low code tools to configure and implement production solutions
• Strong experience with integrating third-party services safely and securely
• Strong Python experience with some exposure to JavaScript
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements, with proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
• Experience using JIRA to organise and manage workloads
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A problem-solving and curious mindset
• Team leadership experience
