AI Safety Engineer: Scalable Abuse Detection & Guardrails

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced AI Safety Engineer to build and deploy automated moderation guardrails, safeguarding a multimodal platform. You will own end-to-end safety infrastructure from architecture to monitoring, collaborating with ML and full-stack engineers to ensure robust, scalable systems.

You will drive production-ready solutions; translate ML research into scalable safety tooling, and define progressive guardrails for abuse detection and platform integrity.
