AI Research Engineer: Agent Orchestration & Evaluation

Tessl, a London-based AI-native development startup, seeks a Research Engineer for the AI Research team. You will shape the outer loop of agent systems, harmonizing model behavior, evaluation, data pipelines, and failure analysis.

You'll work close to customers, prioritizing impact and real workflows to guide research priorities. You'll report to the AI Research Lead and collaborate with engineering, product, and design.
