AI Quality Lead: Conversational AI QA & Performance

Tripadvisor is recruiting an AI Quality Lead to own quality assurance for its customer-facing AI systems. The role centers on building robust QA processes for chatbots, automated workflows and copilot tools.

The successful candidate will monitor real-time AI conversations and self-service flows to identify misclassifications, hallucinations and broken journeys, driving continuous improvement across the product and operations. Experience evaluating LLM outputs at scale is a plus.
