AI Quality Lead - Tripadvisor, London

Tripadvisor is recruiting an AI Quality Lead to own quality assurance for its customer-facing AI systems. The posting sets out two core strands.

Quality framework and testing:

designing and executing QA frameworks, test scripts and evaluation criteria specifically for AI chatbots, automated workflows and agent copilot tools.

Performance monitoring:

continuously auditing and analysing real-time AI conversations and self-service flows to identify intent misclassifications, hallucinations, inaccurate answers and broken customer journeys - then closing the loop back into improvement.
