Job Description
AI Product Manager - Customer Service Automation

PE backed services company with circa $350 million revenue have identified over $40 million worth of value in Gen AI / Agentic use cases across customer service automation & manual workflow automation.

They require an AI Product Manager to work closely with the SVP of Product to lead Development & Delivery of these products.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Proven Experience of delivering complex Data and AI-related projects with a clear understanding of their commercial impacts and outcomes.
  • A background in Data Science is preferred
  • Proven capability to work effectively as a senior-level individual contributor, successfully navigating organizational complexities.
  • Relationship Building: Strong aptitude for building relationships across diverse business and technical areas, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Commercial Insight: Strong commercial acumen and a commitment to understanding market dynamics to identify new product opportunities.
  • Experience working effectively with external consultancies to optimize collaborative efforts and drive successful outcomes.

Role can be based anywhere in the US with occasional travel.
