AI-Powered People Tech Transformation Lead

Flagstone is an online savings platform building a People function powered by operations, smart technology, data and AI. This fixed-term role leads delivery of an AI-enabled People operating model, owning the technology stack, automation roadmap, and data foundations to help the team scale.

You'll partner with the People Operations Manager and the wider People team, bringing product thinking, hands-on delivery, and a pragmatic approach to transformation.
