The AI Portfolio & Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's AI initiative portfolio and ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business value. The role manages the prioritization, tracking, and performance of AI use cases across the enterprise, providing a clear view of portfolio progress, outcomes, and return on investment. Working closely with business leaders, finance, and technical teams, the role ensures AI initiatives remain strategically aligned and focused on delivering tangible benefits.

• Develop and maintain a standardized framework for measuring and validating the business value of AI initiatives.
• Manage the enterprise-wide AI portfolio, including the intake, assessment, and tracking of AI use cases.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and resource requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track adoption, productivity improvements, and financial benefits across the AI portfolio.
• Ensure AI initiatives remain aligned with organizational strategy and business priorities.
• Provide portfolio performance reporting and insights to leadership, governance bodies, and executive stakeholders.
• Support the scaling of successful AI use cases from pilot phases into production environments.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in portfolio management, strategy, program management, or business value management, preferably within technology or AI environments.
• Strong understanding of business case development, benefits realization, and AI value measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical, and executive audiences.
