AI-Native Product Operations Lead

Xelix is seeking a Product Operations Lead to design and automate the AI-native product development workflow. You will partner with PM, Tech Lead and Designer to build scalable systems, empower Trios and ship tooling to accelerate decision-making.

You'll own the data-and-insights stack, automate reporting, and ensure predictable launches. This role combines product, AI, and engineering collaboration within a fast-growing scale-up.
