AI Governance Lead, Global Procurement & Value

Roche is seeking an AI Governance Manager in Welwyn to steward how AI delivers value across the procurement ecosystem. You will define the governance framework, monitor ROI, and ensure compliant, auditable AI solutions aligned with sourcing, contracting, and category management goals.

You will engage senior stakeholders, lead change across native solutions and AI, and collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and analytics to embed governance within Demand-to-Pay processes.
