AI-Forward GTM Enablement Lead

HiBob is hiring an AI-Forward AE Enablement Manager to build capability for our global New Business teams. You'll design, deliver, coach, and reinforce programmes that lift opportunity progression, conversion, deal quality, and forecast predictability.

You'll lead enablement across four pillars-Capability Development, Methodology, Stakeholder Partnerships, and AI-Powered Selling-driving measurable business impact.
