Dex is building an AI native sales operations system in the UK to connect talent with opportunity. You will design and ship the client facing engine, pipeline, CRM and automation, enabling the founders to focus on relationships and closing deals.

You'll be the first dedicated B2B GTM hire, crafting repeatable onboarding, plays for expansion and data driven flows. This role blends operator, builder and architect responsibilities with AI at its core.
