AI-First Client Services Lead

ENGIE UK Limited is seeking a leader to build and scale a brand-new client services function in a fast-paced tech environment. You will shape processes, SLAs, tooling, and knowledge bases while embedding AI-native delivery to automate triage and accelerate responses.

You will own the customer support queue end-to-end, triaging and resolving tickets within predefined SLAs, and reporting key metrics to leadership.
