As an AI Engineer, you'll join a rapidly expanding function with huge opportunities to innovate, scale, and influence how our business delivers smarter, faster, more human-centred customer experiences. Main Responsibilities as an AI Engineer- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and data, identifying high value GenAI use cases.
- Work within the Data Science & AI team to deploy scalable, cutting edge AI solutions across the business.
- Collaborate in a cross functional squad (DevOps, data engineers, developers, testers, Infosec) to productionise AI services in AWS.
- Enhance and innovate esure's tech stack, including MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, UI, and our AI Python library.
- Assess third party GenAI and LLM technologies to determine feasibility and cost-benefit.
- Proven experience applying, researching and developing NLP models, including prompt engineering and fine tuning LLMs in a commercial setting.
- Skilled at working with non technical stakeholders to scope, design and deliver effective ML solutions.
- Proficient with the Python data science stack (pandas, scikit learn, Jupyter, etc.) and version control tools like Git.
- Exposure to LLMOps, model monitoring, CI/CD and related technologies (Docker, MLflow, Kubernetes, FastAPI, etc.).
- Knowledge and working experience of AGILE methodologies.
