AI-Driven Warranty Resolver & Customer Advocate

King Living is seeking a customer service professional to own warranty and service cases end to end, using AI-enabled tools to drive quicker, more accurate resolutions while delivering the premium King Living experience. You will work with Customer Service, Warranty, Delivery and internal teams to route issues and follow through to resolution.

You are empathetic, solution-focused, and capable of clear communication; experience in furniture or retail is helpful.
