AI-Driven Performance Creative Lead

MoneyGram is seeking a Performance Creative Lead to build and lead a high-impact team focused on performance across global markets. You will own the creative system, testing frameworks and localisation, while still producing hands-on work to raise the bar.

You'll partner with Growth Marketing to translate data into creative decisions, define what to test and scale, and ensure the team delivers at pace with AI-enabled workflows and strong collaboration with Creative Operations.
