AI-Driven Human Factors Research Associate

Cardiff University invites applications for a Research Associate in Human Factors Psychology within the School of Psychology. The role is part of the EPSRC AI4CI Hub, a 5-year project addressing AI-driven collective intelligence and trust in smart agents for decision making.

You will contribute to experimental work under the AI4CI umbrella, collaborate with national and local partners, and help shape the research programme. The post is full-time (35 hours/week) and fixed-term for two years.
