AI-Driven HR Optimization Lead (EMEA)

SharkNinja is seeking an HR Optimization Manager to drive a high performing EMEA P&C function. You will report to the Chief People Officer and partner closely to execute the P&C strategy, leading initiatives that turn data, processes and AI into business value.
