AI-Driven Engagement Manager

Gong is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end activation delivery for our Enterprise customers within Professional Services. You will coordinate Consultants, Technical Architects and cross-functional teams, applying strong project management discipline to keep engagements on track and focused on customer outcomes.

You will drive AI-powered delivery, governance, risk management and continuous improvement while mentoring peers and supporting scalable methodologies across the team.
