AI-Driven Change & Behavioural Culture Lead

Unilever is seeking a leader to drive the human, cultural and behavioural aspects of its large, complex change programmes and AI-enabled, agent-supported ways of working.

You will design practical interventions, nudges, leader tools and change methods to help leaders, managers, employees and journey teams adopt new products, workflows and decision routines, while building change capability across People Business Partners and practitioners.
