AI Delivery Lead: GenAI & Scaled Solutions

AXA is seeking an experienced AI Lead to own the AI delivery backlog and drive end-to-end value across UK operations. You will bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, safe and timely AI solutions that scale.

Leading multiple programmes, you will apply AI techniques across GenAI and agentic architectures, balancing risk, cost, and adoption while mentoring teams and shaping AXA's AI roadmap.
