Job Summary:
As an Executive Director - AI Delivery Director in the ICB team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from use case intake to production. You will embed new risk and governance processes, drive adoption of GenAI, and ensure outcomes are aligned with ICB's strategy. Your role will focus on building a high-performance team, establishing standards, and fostering strong partnerships across the organization. You will help shape the culture and operating model for AI within ICB, making a tangible impact on our business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the AI Centre of Excellence for ICB
- Deliver ICB's AI strategy and roadmap, translating priorities into actionable plans
- Embed AI strategy across ICB through clear communications and leadership forums
- Define and manage AI OKRs, tracking outcomes and course-correcting as needed
Run transparent intake and triage processes, prioritizing based on value and risk
- Establish GenAI delivery standards and playbooks for evaluation, safety, and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, model risk governance, and regulatory requirements
- Lead cultural change to scale responsible GenAI use across ICB
- Build and develop a high-performance AI delivery team and operating model
- Build strong partnerships across JPMorganChase platforms, risk, legal, and business lines
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate experience leading complex transformation or portfolio delivery in digital, data, or AI within regulated environments
- Define and execute strategy with measurable outcomes, aligning senior stakeholders and driving adoption
- Apply exceptional program management skills, including planning, governance, budget, and vendor management
- Understand AI/ML and GenAI delivery lifecycle and associated risk and control processes
- Communicate and influence effectively, distilling complex topics for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Lead AI or GenAI initiatives in financial services or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with enterprise AI solution patterns and operating models for Centres of Excellence
