JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Controls Enablement Lead within Controls Strategy & Innovation. You will lead a team of controls professionals with deep AI expertise, translating AI activity into actionable business controls and prototyping scalable automated solutions across Asset & Wealth Management.

You will collaborate with Control Managers and senior leadership, acting as a co-developer, coach, and gatekeeper to bring technical AI insights into risk-aware business decisions.
