AI Control Tower Architect - Enterprise AI Adoption & Governance

ServiceNow is seeking an AICT Architect in the EMEA region to drive adoption of the AI Control Tower across large enterprises. You will own adoption strategy and enterprise architecture decisions, guiding customers through governance, risk, and regulatory compliance with a focus on EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO 42001.

Role spans advisory and hands-on delivery across multiple product suites. You will collaborate with AI Strategists and cross-functional teams to accelerate customer value
