AI & Innovation Lead: Drive Automation & Strategy

Dominus Real Estate seeks an AI and Innovation Lead to drive the company-wide AI program, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to embed AI into deals, underwriting and asset management. The role encompasses leading end-to-end automation, overseeing internal applications, and coordinating external software partners to deliver scalable AI-enabled workflows.

You will champion AI governance, training, and continuous improvement across the business, ensuring responsible and effective use of AI
