Job Description

Our client is looking for a senior, hands on AI & Data Transformation Lead to help take control of its data and use it to improve customer retention, pricing, and operational decision making.

What you'll do:
  • Help our client regain ownership of its data and reduce reliance on third party platforms
  • Identify and prioritise AI and data use cases that deliver real commercial value
  • Shape an Azure and Dynamics based data and AI approach
  • Deliver early, practical outcomes (e.g. churn insight, pricing signals, actionable workflows)
  • Provide a clear roadmap for what comes next and what resource is needed
What we're looking for:
  • Senior experience in data, AI, or digital transformation
  • Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience (Azure, Dynamics)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast moving environments
  • Focused on outcomes, not theory or process

You'll have a direct impact on revenue, customer retention, and how our client uses data and AI going forward.
