AI & Automation Product Leader for Insurance Growth

Howden is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the AI & Automation agenda within the Retail UK & Ireland Product team. You will shape strategy, roadmap and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across the insurance customer journey, from quotes to servicing.

You will partner with Engineering, UX, Compliance and market leaders to turn AI opportunities into shipped products and measurable business value in a high-visibility role aligned to Howden's 2030 growth vision.
